Titanium Bottle Openers

Designed and machined a custom bottle opener from Ti-6Al-4V titanium, utilizing OnShape for design and Autodesk Fusion CAM for tool paths.

Inspired by SpaceX’s Falcon 9 grid fins, I incorporated a custom grid pattern for optimal weight reduction. The titanium's exceptional strength-to-weight ratio made it a premium choice for this over-engineered yet lightweight tool.

This part was machined on a Haas TM-1P with a custom fixture.
