Mini Garage Remote

After moving into a new apartment complex, I needed a compact remote for garage access. Unimpressed by the bulky options available, I set out to design a more efficient plastic enclosure for the existing PCB.

My design achieved a 42.6% thickness reduction while maintaining the same functionality, making it far more convenient for keychain use.

With the current PCB shape as a constraint, my next steps are to learn PCB design and layout, identify a more compact RF IC package, and further minimize the overall footprint even more.
